ABOUT US

Owned by my family, we been living in the area where the food trailer is located for over 20 years in East Nashville. The owners are (me) James Smith, 54, my older brother, Derrick Williams,  and my son, Tyson, who is 21.

 

We love and are passionate about cooking! We serve smoked meats and fried foods in a very positive atmosphere. We don't only sell foods from a food trailer, but we also cater weddings, birthdays, and all events that want our type of food. We can serve food or we can bring the trailer. We cater around Nashville and surrounding areas and  our specialty is BBQ smoke meats.
